He and my father were classmates. I had gone with him in the mid 70s to MICO where he was a doctor. I remember that. Hope he is fine even now.Dinakar KRhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10148152470155668711noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4011427350933599116.post-10709505433188872872009-09-15T14:15:39.522-07:002009-09-15T14:15:39.522-07:00Thanks for posting the farewell picture. May be some 'oops' could be added to the history as that is what kept katte alive.Unknownhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15820968951063469134noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4011427350933599116.post-54979597278566265282009-01-18T06:45:00.000-08:002009-01-18T06:45:00.000-08:00Thanks, Prakash.I've to collect 'who is who' in de...Thanks, Prakash.
I've to collect 'who is who' in detail from late Mr.Srikantan's son. He knows a bit because this picture you refer is in his album. I remember him having said that our team had traveled to Vijayawada to play a few matches. I think this picture was taken there around 1950 or so. I do not know about this Ramanathan you refer. May be it is him. Again, this has to be confirmed from Srikantan's son, who is now the vice-President of our club.Dinakar KRhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10148152470155668711noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4011427350933599116.post-72432048317579153102009-01-12T03:14:00.000-08:002009-01-12T03:14:00.000-08:00it is very good collection of old photographs.i wa...it is very good collection of old photographs.
i was very plased to see my father, Later Sri.A.N.N.Murthy sittig left to the Raja of Vemkatagiri.
i think it is a photograph of a match played between TMG and BUCC (bangalore united cricket club).
You also have Mr.Ramanathan, if i am right ,b-i-l of mr.Srikantan sitting on the extreme left in the front row.A.N.PRAKASHhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05682611261937458187noreply@blogger.com
